2007
Dr. Bagden delivered more than 20 Damon System seminars in 2007. The highlight was delivering the
prestigious McIntire Keynote address at the 2007 Canadian Association of Orthodontists annual meeting
in NewFoundland. He was a featured speaker at the US Damon Forum in Palm Desert, the Mexican Damon
Forum in Mexico City and the European Damon Forum in Barcelona, Spain. His other lectures took him
from a diverse array of locations extending from Las Vegas to Bogota, Colombia. He also arranged,
with Dr. Coffelt, three in-office seminars and has now hosted more than 250 doctors from five continents
in their office. His active private practice has been and remains his primary professional focus and
passion, however, as he and Dr. Coffelt continue to provide state-of-the-art care to their many patients
as evidenced by their recent incorporation of digital imaging (replacing traditional X-Rays) to improve
the quality of treatment and reduce radiation to their patients. They have also recently completed
their computer system upgrading allowing for improved efficiency and patient record access.
October 2006
Dr. Bagden was honored to be named as a "Best Dentist" and a "Top Orthodontist" in the October, 2006,
issue of Washingtonian magazine.. This is the third consecutive time that Dr. Bagden has received

September 2006
September, 2006, marked the eighth "in-office" course that Dr. Bagden held in his office wherein
orthodontic specialists from around the world visit our Springfield office and observe Drs. Bagden,
Coffelt and staff treat patients utilizing the Damon System. Springfield has become a destination
in the world of orthodontics as more than 200 orthodontic specialists have taken advantage of the
opportunity of learning about the Damon System, first hand, from the doctors and staff in our office.
Fall 2006
Patients from our practice...Lauren Angus and David, Jackie and Susie Hodges were featured
as models of orthodontic excellence in the Fall, 2006, issue of Ormco Product Reports.
We're proud that they were chosen to be presented as examples of the cosmetic advantages
patients who are treated with the Damon System can achieve. While they have been featured,
their results are representative of what patients in out practice receive as final results.
May 2006
Dr. Bagden has been honored by being requested by fellow orthodontic professionals
to present a series of in-office courses in his Springfield, VA, USA, location. These
are intense, clinically relevant seminars featuring actual patients of Dr. Bagden's
in various phases of treatment with the Damon technique. Past attendees have come
from Norway, France, Germany, Korea, the Netherlands, Columbia, Australia, Spain,
and Guadaloupe, as well as many United States doctors. The dates will be July 20-21,
September 28-29, 2006 and November 2-3, 2006....and....March 22-23, July 26-27 and September 13-14, 2007.

Summer 2005
Dr. Bagden was honored by being invited to address the General Session of the
American Association of Orthodontisits Annual Meeting in Las Vegas in April, 2006.
Dr. Bagden will present evidence of his clinical results utilizing the Damon System of
Passive Self-Ligating orthodontic appliances. More than 12,000 orthodontic professionals
will be in attendence at the meeting.

Dr. Bagden has been involved with the development of Damon System protocols
since 2000, is coauthor of the Damon Workbook and has lectured
in the U.S. and abroad. He was recently featured in
