I have just completed having my teeth straightened by Dr. Wallert and Bagden. The experience was completely positive. The staff
and the Doctors exemplify the professionalism I feel is essential and they quickly earn your trust. First, I was impressed by the
friendly staff and attentive staff. They really care about your comfort and how you feel about the process. They always take the
time to explain what they are doing and how it enhances your treatment plan. Next, I was impressed by not having to wait in the reception
area for my appointments. I was in on time and promptly taken care of. Finally, I was impressed by the interaction of the Doctors
with the patients, especially the younger ones. Using laughter and a positive, friendly demeanor, the Doctors were able to dispel
the fears of their patients and convince even the most recalcitrant patients to follow their instructions. I would highly recommend
Dr. Wallert and Bagden to any one needing orthodontic work. You will be pleased with the end results and perhaps, even as I did, find
yourself looking forward to your next appointment.

I am a habitual teeth grinder, with a 100% overbite - not a good match! For the past 12 years,
I've been encouraged by my dentist to consider orthodontic treatment. Unfortunately, adult braces
were the last thing on my mind...until I began snapping off my front teeth! I found orthodontics
who proposed breaking my jaw, pulling my teeth and even those who sent me away, stating that
ortho would not work! I then met Dr. Bagden and staff. Their professionalism and friendly demeanor
add a refreshing twist to the end of a busy workday. I actually don't mind traveling the extra distance
for my adjustments and will soon be driving the extra distance for my adjustments and will soon be driving
my son there when he begins treatment later this year. Any Regrets? Absolutely! Why didn't I do this
12 years ago?
